(b)Delivery Limitations

(c) Ride Services
Wayfx may connect riders with independent drivers.
Users acknowledge:
• Drivers are independent contractors.

Users must:
• Wear seatbelts where applicable.
• Comply with applicable laws.
• Behave respectfully toward drivers.
(d) Marketplace Services
Merchants and sellers are solely responsible for:

• Warranties
Wayfx is not responsible for defects, inaccuracies, or merchant misconduct.
5. ORDERS AND BOOKINGS
All orders and bookings are subject to:

• Merchant acceptance
• Driver availability
Wayfx reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
• Fraud suspicion
• Pricing errors
• Technical issues
• Regulatory requirements
6. PRICING
Users agree to pay:

• Surge pricing charges
• Taxes and government levies
Prices displayed on the Platform may change without notice.
7. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Wayfx does not store complete payment card information.
8. DRIVER AND DELIVERY PARTNER TERMS
Drivers and delivery partners must:
• Hold valid licenses.
• Maintain required insurance.
• Follow local laws.
• Ensure professional conduct.
Wayfx may suspend or terminate partners for:
• Fraudulent activities
• Customer complaints
• Unsafe behavior
• Policy violations
9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users shall not:
• Use fake identities.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions.
• Harass other users.
• Upload malicious software.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Use the Platform for illegal activities.
Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
10. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
Promotional codes:
• Have no cash value.
• May be withdrawn at any time.
• Cannot be transferred.
• Are subject to specific terms.
Wayfx reserves the right to cancel promotional benefits in cases of abuse or fraud.
11. USER CONTENT
Users may submit:

• Ratings
• Photos
• Comments
By submitting content, users grant Wayfx a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
Wayfx reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights related to:
• WAYFX name
• Logos
• Mobile applications
• Website content
• Software
• Designs
remain the exclusive property of Wayfx.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. PRIVACY
User information shall be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Wayfx Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, users consent to such processing.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Wayfx may integrate:
• Maps services
• Payment gateways
• SMS providers
• Cloud services
• Analytics services
Wayfx is not responsible for third-party service failures.
15. DISCLAIMER
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Wayfx makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy
• Fitness for a particular purpose
Service interruptions may occur.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wayfx's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

• Power failures
19. TERMINATION
Wayfx may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:

• Fraud is detected.
• Legal requirements mandate action.
Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Imphal, Manipur, India.

• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
